By using Shift Positive 360AI (the "Service"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You understand and agree that the responses, summaries, and insights provided by the AI are informational only and may contain inaccuracies or errors. You retain full responsibility for your own actions and the responses you provide through the Service.
The AI summaries are not guaranteed to reflect all nuances of your responses or feedback accurately. They are intended as a starting point and should not substitute for your judgment or final answers.
Do not rely solely on the AI-generated summaries. For critical matters, personal feedback, or sensitive topics, you are encouraged to provide direct feedback to your colleague, personally and outside of this system. Participation in this system is optional, and you always have the choice to opt out of using the Service.
Except to the extent permitted by law, you agree not to modify, distribute, prepare derivative works of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to decipher any code in connection with the Service and/or any other aspect of the Shift Positive 360 AI technology.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Change Positive, LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. The use of the Service is at your own risk, and Change Positive, LLC is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on information provided by the AI.
In no event shall Change Positive, LLC or any of its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) the use or inability to use the Service; (ii) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the information provided by the Service; or (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of your data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Change Positive, LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
By using the Service, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms. You acknowledge that you assume all risks associated with using AI-generated feedback and summaries. You are aware that participation in this system is entirely voluntary, and if you choose not to participate, we encourage you to give feedback directly to your colleague in a personal, constructive manner.
